Ended up using this agency when my original accountant retired and he sent my account to this agency. If you want to be treated like cattle this is your place, not personable at all. I needed help advise on closing and LLC. Received different info every time I talked to them. I told them I wanted no surprises, well guess what. I've left messages to have calls returned and never received the decency of a returned call and the arrogance of some of their accountants is obvious. Worst place I have ever used, first they out the wrong social in my tax returns, then the IRS states it was rejected by the accountant 6 times, then I get a letter stating I owe money to the IRS after I have already paid them, then another letter with late fees and penalties because Randi Walker put the wrong SS on my return and they will not stand behind their work and fix the issue I have to. I do not recommend them for any tax services you pay the fee and they leave the rest to you. Worthless

I needed taxes done and they denied me? They Wouldn't even take the time to listen to my issues. There are other, better options.
