I have been seeing Barbara for a number of years for trigger point massage to help with pain in my neck and arms. Having not experienced this type of massage before, I was unsure what to expect - Barbara is able to find the areas that need to be treated, with no two sessions being the same and tailored to your needs at the time.
Called on Barbara to help with pain in left shoulder and down left leg. She knew exactly what the issues causing the pain were and proceeded to address using dry needling.
