The buying, ordering, payment and delivery process was exceptional. The furniture is top notch quality (highly recommend), but the delivery experience was the best I’ve ever had, I paid for the premium delivery, and it was WORTH WHAT PAID FOR. The delivery boys (George, Wally and Vince) came in, set everything up carefully, were clean and even vacuumed the floor for me! I was really impressed. Thank you
Our new Totem Road couch and bed have been an excellent addition to the home, they both look fantastic, and the staff were incredibly helpful.
The latex mattress is great, delivery fast and efficient. I found it a bit firm after years on our saggy previous foam mattress, so I bought a wool underlay to help cushion. It is now perfect for me, and I'm sleeping a lot better. Recommend this company and the latex mattress.
I recently bought the Heirloom Sofa through the Totem Road showroom for my holiday home in the Northern Rivers, and I’m really happy with it. The team at the showroom were so friendly and helpful — you could tell they really knew their stuff, and the whole experience felt relaxed and easy. We had ordered a travertine topped table from Totem Road in early 2024. Tom was wonderful in delaying delivery until we were able to accept delivery. Almost one year later, we needed to reach out to Tom due to an issue with the piece. Tom offered a quick solution and rectified the situation within a week. We love the table and are impressed by the service. Much appreciated.
