I recently bought the Heirloom Sofa through the Totem Road showroom for my holiday home in the Northern Rivers, and I’m really happy with it. We had ordered a travertine topped table from Totem Road in early 2024. Tom was wonderful in delaying delivery until we were able to accept delivery. Almost one year later, we needed to reach out to Tom due to an issue with the piece. Tom offered a quick solution and rectified the situation within a week. Fantastic design, excellent quality of the product. Sustainably sourced. We bought 6 Mira chairs and they are fantastic. The sales process, the delivery and the after sales service was exceptional. We couldn’t recommend the company more.
Lovely helpful staff. Very quick reply’s to any questions and checking in after table delivered. The delivery guys were fantastic as well. Friendly and very safe with marble table. And the table is stunning! Have not left photo because waiting for chairs and new flooring. Very happy .
