I had a couple repairs done here and it was ok.... a few unexpected charges after a routine oil change (no, i certainly didn't want any new washer fluid at full price, thanks) but not a surprise at a mechanic shop. My beef is that he freaked out on a friend of mine on the phone when she dared to go to another shop that was closer to her work.
