Excellent customer service
Rude staff, no acknowledgment when walking into the store. Just get sighs when you ask where products are. Staff are either too lazy to get stock off the shelf or their website says there is stock when there apparently isn’t. The female staff member didn’t ask what size I was so how did she know there was no stock? 🤣. Cmon guys! I work in the same complex on Cuthbert and was extremely disappointed.
Great layout of store, very customer service oriented. The staff are super helpful and knowledgeable about all products within the store. Not just clothing but every thing you need in one shop.
Possibly the "Worlds Best Customer Service". Tiff went above & beyond to make sure our small problem was resolved so quickly. So refreshing to experience.
