I had a great experience shopping here today! The staff members were so helpful and friendly. She helped me find womenpants and also helped me choose the right work shoes for my job. She was very patient and took the time to make sure I found what I needed. I really appreciated her help and would definitely recommend this store!
This mob had my ridiculous size in stock ready to pick up, most other stores have to order them in. Excellent service, friendly staff, they even took my scrappy old boots and threw them out for me. Well done fellas I will be back.
I had a really disappointing experience at this store. I was treated with disrespect from the moment I walked in, and the customer service was far from acceptable. I have been buying the same boots same size for years, i got confused when i got them at this store on Thursday arvo. Went in FXD 10.5 tan please. I was asked American it Australian size. I went with Australian as that is where we live "apparently she should of said UK size" obviously a size to big. Since when is UK size Australian, Most of us use american sizing but to call UK sizing Australian sizing? What the hell i was actually treated like a dummy and then she insisted i was a size 9 and told me i would not get a refund... read more
