Doug always made sure to rush me in and rush me out. I never wanted a deal on anything. I just wanted quality service so I could just focus on work and riding the damn bike. The new hours were stressful to deal with but the inadequacies were infuriating. No grease in my headset after having them install a brand new fork. Rotor wasn’t tight. Turned every bolt by hand. Doug is a rock star! I needed emergency bottom bracket replacement on 2 bikes before an international trip. Miraculously Doug had the parts and fixed me up right away. Phew, awesome.
I’ve been going to totally wired for bike repairs for 20 years and never been disappointed. Recently, Doug installed a new drive train and bracket on my bike within 24 hours, and the price was very reasonable. These guys are fast and thorough mechanics!
