Doug and Joe have always taken amazing care of me. Whether I have to bring in a bicycle to get tuned or a board to get waxed, this is the shop! I’ve always had a fast turn around time. Beyond the great customer service, their quality of work speaks for itself, and I have been coming here the last 3 years! Highly recommended!

I bought an aftermarket cassette with a big granny gear, installed by another shop, and the shifting was borderline intolerable in its unpredictable behavior. The chain tended to climb partially up the next sprocket when downshifting, then slap back down under climbing torque. Very aggravating and disconcerting while climbing. Doug explained I picked a cassette with a big sprocket too large for my derailleur, so I can’t blame the other shop. This shop ABSOLUTELY SAVED ME!!! Developed a headset issue on my bike on a Friday afternoon right before I had a big day of riding planned on Saturday. Called Friday and they told me to show up at 8am on Saturday morning when they opened. Showed up and they fixed it in 5 minutes. Total bike wizard. This is exactly why you support your local bike shop! Thank you so much. As a bonus this shop is connected to a cafe with awesome coffee 🚲❤️
