Lovely relaxing steam & massage Perfect for a girls day out
If you are getting a pedicure PLEASE ASK FOR NEW ONES!! they are reusing disposable nail files on clients! Did a few training days and was shocked about this! I brought my own and one of the estheticians asked why I was throwing away my DISPOSABLE nail files and told me to just clean them! You don’t clean disposable nail files!! Absolutely not okay at all ! But other than that the place seemed okay, the vibes were weird from the staff
I usually have a great experience here. Today Im writing to inform others about the policy issue I have recently had. Im on time or early ALWAYS. This visit I was 5 minutes early. I sat in waiting for close to 20 minutes so was roughly 15 minutes behind when I got to the steamroom. No big deal I though, but to my surprise the time I spent in the waiting room counts as time in the steam room. I was told that just policy because the front staff dont talk to the back staff. Totally Refreshed staff are always so welcoming and engaging. The services and the staff that provide the many different options, always do an amazing job.
