Excellent place to relax and get pampered. Staff and facilities are awesome...very clean, very affordable. Had a wonderful steam, emerged totally refreshed and relaxed! Highly recommended.
The saunas feel dated and unsafe, especially the water controls and the total lack of light. I chipped my tooth while in one of the saunas and the worker on duty called her manager before giving us a refund. I was sitting in a chair crying while my spouse canceled our massages and got our money back. It was one of the worst experiences of my life, staff and management made it way worse. Had my first experience there on Thursday and it was amazing from start to finish. Front staff was so lovely, had a facial booked with Steph and will definitely be back for more, not only was the facial itself so relaxing she was so lovely and knowledgeable and answered my many many questions. My skin looks and feels less textured and congested after only one facial.
