I got an ergonomic chair from Branch. One of the best online experiences I have. The color and features as advertised, day of delivery as promised, the company provides tracking information and EVEN a clear and detailed assembly manual. (A rarity nowadays)

I bought a dresser based on the look I was seeking. Price was great, I spent about $323 including delivery. The product was something different. Piece of junk. The company is working with me trying to replace some of the parts at no costs, but the drawers don’t open without great force. My option for return is to ship it back to the company which will be $150-250 est. ya don’t try to save a buck. Lesson learned. $323 in the trash along with this piecer.
