….Generally I never leave ratings ..but in this case , I just must. This is my second time using Jake & his team. The 1st time was 4 years ago with blinds & tiles…Amazing! The latest was 2 weeks ago when they laid my floor..again, simply an amazing job. The boys turned up when they said & just got stuck in!..Got it done , cleaned up after. My thanks to Jake & his team.. If anyone needs Real service, & a genuine handshake ona deal…these boys will do ya right.
This review is based on work done a couple of years ago. Just now doing a review as I am still extremely disappointed and feel I should share this. The hybrid flooring was hacked and jammed in and siliconed to hide the rough cuts, gaps between boards and skirting everywhere, new skirting is overlapping and uneven, overall the whole job was just sloppy and getting worse over time and now I’m out of pocket to fix their mess
We are so happy with our new carpet! Sasha/Nathan and the time were so quick to communicate and book us in! Brilliant communication from the team and even a follow up to see how the installation went. Installation was fast, great color match - so simple and easy to- a great team/company to work with highly recommended!
Very pleased with the service received from Jakob. Ryan the layer did a fabulous job. He is a real credit to this business. Can highly recommend
