I started using totally care to cover nursing shifts for some time now in my work place. I believe I'm consistency and continuity of care for my patients hence I stick to one agency. We had CQC turn up for inspection over 2 days and today they spoke with 2 of the nurses from Total care. I was very pleased in the way they responded to the inspection, they where not only passionatebut they demonstrated knowledge about the hospitalandmost of all shared our values. UPDATE - Within minutes of my complaint being made, I received a call from Danica (apologies as I'm not sure of her position), making a great effort to address the below issue. She was friendly, efficient, and helpful. Really turned around my entire experience! 5/5 Stars for Danica's service. ____ If the admin staff is anything to go by, a 3.6 rating is an absolute blessing. I phoned about a reference I had been chasing, but was met with the rudest, least helpful staff member. She was snarky and condescending, and just gener... read more
