Way too overpriced and once you’re locked into the contract, they don’t care about you. If I had to give any advice to anyone- don’t sign up here. There’s other gyms in the area that won’t cost you an arm and a leg and can do the except same thing. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

I was a member of this establishment for a considerable period of time yet I have very little positive things to say especially when you are paying $80 a week for both gym and wellness when you have a medical condition and you are physically unable to use the gym .. during my time there were considerable concerns such as WHS standards not being met- slippery tiles to the point where people would fall in the water area including another disabled member of staff, repeated issues of plunge pools not holding temperature or being... read more

I had an appointment with Sebastian. He assessed and listen to me in depth. I had a back injury that was continuing to flare up. We tried numerous movements until we found a few to work on to release tension and improve movement. I didn’t see results immediately. But two days later doing the movements as often as I could. I have less pain and more movement after one appointment. I was very impressed with Sebastian’s patience and persistence to find a small but effective routine that has worked for me

Loving the Great team at Total Infusion Spa Springfield, Neat setup everything one needs is under the one roof ,check out the faculties on there website Stephanie awesome lady ,helpful friendly she will sit with you and give great guidance to packages that tailor your needs ........Go check them out also an Osteopath, Physio, etc be pampered you deserve it.
