I am on patch # 3 and feeling so much better than before I tested with Linda! After reading my reviews I noted that all the issues in my body were not things I had been focused on. Now, I feel I am on the right path. My energy levels are up, I have a sense of calm in my body- perhaps cortisol level has dropped? I would recommend Total You Health to everyone who is seeking answers for poor health.
I can definitely see a difference in my energy levels with the patches.
Right away I had more energy and my sleep improved. My menstrual cycle symptoms lessened the first month too. Linda is very patient and thorough in answering questions and explaining the results. I love that she gets excited with you when your symptoms improve. She really loves helping people and cares about you as an individual. I was skeptical at first but the changes are undeniable so the results speak for themselves. I have been recommending the patch treatment to my friends and family.
Linda is wonderful to work with! I felt more energy, better sleep and decreased joint pain in the first week and continue to feel great!
