I totally enjoyed my experience at this office. The staff is AMAZING! Everyone is so patient and understanding. They are careful with the way they speak to you and take special time out to make you feel seen and heard. Dr. Johnson took her time to explain every action she was going to do and made sure I could comprehend EVERYTHING being said to me. Awesome experience as always. Dr. Carmichael was her usual kind and professional self. I’m a refugee from the now-closed Decatur location and don’t mind the extra driving time because I always receive great service here. The front staff was very helpful as well. Tip- the building is being renovated and you walk into the Emory Radiation suite on the first floor but won’t see a sign to Total Women’s Health. Take the elevator to the second floor. They are Suite 210.
I love Dr. Stephanie Carmichael and her nurses Alfreda, Gloria, and Saeeda. The front desk staff Carvina and check out staff Vanna. They are all so wonderful and helpful!
I had a great experience with Total Women’s Health. Dr. Carmichael has been my doctor for years, but this was my first time at the Lithonia location. The office is easy to get to and has free and easy parking, which is great! I was seen on time and quickly, and it seemed like my time was valued, which was very much appreciated. I also appreciated that Dr. Carmichael was very transparent and open with me regarding my care, my options, and related costs. Highly recommend!
