I feel like they like me, like actually like me as a person/patient. I’m so glad I chose to come here. The entire staff was absolutely amazing!
Too inaccessible to patients, too inconsistent in treatment, too many attitudes at the front desk. Vanna is the most nice nasty clerk I’ve ever met, obviously more concerned with getting her check than earning it with adequate friendly professional care and treatment. The staff gets a 10 for making sure you’re charged but much less for making sure you actually get the top notch care and treatment each patient deserves. I have to share my experience at this office . I have now been coming here for quite sometime. I can say that each time I am seen quickly and my needs are taking care of . I appreciate all the staff in this office they are very welcoming and kind each time I have an appointment. I have anxiety when I go to doctor’s offices and they make sure to calm my anxiety and make it a smooth visit . Dr, Carmichael answers all my questions and is very knowledgable in what she does .
