I signed up with Dr. Jenni in the summer of 2019. At the time, I was 20lbs overweight and haven’t worked out in a couple of years. Over the past five years, I’ve tried a gamut of weight loss and exercise programs, but as soon as I finish the program, I slowly gain back whatever weight I had lost. What Jenni offers is really different from other trainers out there. Her education and own athletic experiences are a huge value. Appropriately named, Total Wellness covers all the bases for getting motivated and getting on the path to wellness physically and mentally. Jenni genuinely cares about what your goals are and finds fun, creative ways to get you there. She is also a great listener and she has a nice balance of compassion and kicking you in the butt when needed. She’s a great coach!

I have had two personal training sessions with Jenni and I have enjoyed both of them! I did one in person outside of her office and another virtual session with her from my home. She is very knowledgeable and inspiring and fun to work with. She creates an individualized plan for you and gives great feedback on the correct form and tips to get a better workout.
