Total Wellness Thai Massage & Spa provides an incredible remedial massage the likes I have not experienced before. Mina provides an incredible service, taking her time and targetting my years of sciatic pain and tightness. Bruce and the rest of the staff are very welcoming and attentive, and you are greeted with a wonderful ambience as soon as you enter. I wish everyone attending good health and healing. Unfortunately, I didn’t have the best experience here. The treatment felt more like having oil rubbed on me than an actual massage – I left feeling greasy rather than relaxed. To make matters worse, the towels used at the end had an unpleasant smell, which transferred onto me. I had to shower as soon as I got home. Overall, it wasn’t relaxing and definitely not worth the $92 I paid. I wouldn’t recommend it.
What an incredible find and treasure this place is! Highly recommend Mina to treat all dancers in injury prevention, treating of injuries, sore muscles, help with flexibility and tight joints/ muscles. I have never had a massage before but after 8 days straight of a migraine that has left me so dizzy that I have had to have time off work, been unable to drive safely and unable to sleep I thought I would walk in and see if they happened to have time and if they thought they could help me. First time visitor here tonight. Walked out of there a brand new woman. Had a 30 min Thai remedial massage by Mina. Was absolutely incredible! Mina was explaining everything she was doing to me & kept checking in on me to make sure I was ok. I’ve just had one session with her and already feel so much better. Room is clean, warm and inviting. Plus they have HICAPS as well. Can’t wait for my next visit here! Thank you so much Mina. 🥰🙏🏻
