The quality of massage was good, but the customer service was terrible! I waited relatively long to have my massage despite booking in advance. I was charged $10 more than what was discussed over the phone. I booked for a couple's massage, but my partner and I had our massage in separate rooms. No private insurance is covered. The toilet was disgusting 🫣
