Jill is very good. She sits down with you prior to the massage and talks to you about what you want. Listens well. Very relaxing environment. I have had two appointments and both appointments were different and based on what I said I wanted each time. Everything was very tailored to me, which is very important to me considering massages are an investment of a good chunk money. Her background in physical therapy really adds another layer to her talents.

Trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage, aromatherapy massage...She is great with providing all of them. She utilizes essential oils which helps the body & mind. Very fair priced!!! I see her every other week, and her service works in adjacent to my physical therapy sessions which allows me to feel my best! If you want to escape life for an hour, go to see Jill. I highly recommend her.
