Bob is great, really supportive, and saved my Dragon program with all my settings intact. Total Tech support people are the BEST. When my present DME4 no longer works, I will go back to these guys. Read the other reviews. SUPER. Thanks.

I have been dealing a total voice technologies for right about a year and a half. I am not a computer. I have needed a lot of helpful patients. I have called Mike on several occasions in the middle of the day in the middle of the crisis. He is call me back fairly quickly and every time. He has been calm, patient, encouraging and effective. He did not make me feel stupid. He fixed the problem and I was able to continue to work. Absolutely phenomenal customer service. Very kind, friendly and helpful sending me all the way through the startup of me utilizing the product. Kept in touch and left contact info if I needed future help. I became a loyal customer immediately !
