If you are on a weight loss journey this is the place you want to choose. The treatments are only half the process. Proper management of the medicine is how you can get the most bang for your buck without experiencing unpleasant side effects. Kyle Viola and his team are experienced, kind, patient, and they do it the right way. These treatments are meant to be done by a medical professional, not some beauty salon. This is why I chose Total Vitality and I couldn't be happier with my results.

Total Vitality is exactly what you are looking for if you want to lose weight, as well as be healthy while doing it. The service is impeccable, as well as their attention to detail and how they curtail each individual with their own methodology of weight loss from nutrition to exercise. Their knowledgeable staff are excellent and kind, I've lost 20 lbs in weeks!

As a doctor I know a good doctor from a bad one and Dr. Kyle Viola is a very good doctor. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable in his field but he truly cares about his patients and does everything in his power to guarantee his patients success in achieving their goals. I'm so happy I made the decision to try this out. I cannot tell you how much I love Total Vitality and especially Kyle and Jamie. I have struggled with gain loss for over 20 years. Thanks to their treatments, I was able to lose weight in a healthy and slow pace. I lost over 25 lbs and have gained more energy and feel more confident in myself.
