Lauren is the best! I was in horrible pain during my pregnancy with sciatica and after the first session I felt a million times better. She makes sure you are comfortable and is so professional and knowledgeable. Just got my second and already have my third scheduled. So glad I found her!

Lauren did an incredible job and made me feel so comfortable. She was so calm, knowledgeable, and had great communication. She checked in to see if the pressure was good and made sure that I was comfortable the whole time. The environment is very relaxing and serene. This is my first time going to her for a prenatal massage and it was amazing. I would definitely recommend!
