My child has had services for roughly 5 years. Been through 3 Bcba’s. Only one actually met the requirements of family meetings, had good communication, and kept coverage hours staffed. Despite violent and escalating behaviors they decided my child wasn’t severe enough to continue treatment. Also total spectrum has made regular and warrantless reports to Cps. I don’t feel total spectrum is even doing the bare minimum, and if you bring up concerns you can expect retaliatory Cps reports and termination of services.
I agree with the review the staff turnover was noticeable and it felt more like a daycare for the child. No noticeable progress.
