I have been using the services of Team Rehab Solutions for some months to assist in my rehabilitation following major spinal surgery and a later disc rupture. Exercise Physio, Joe, has been coming to my home and guiding me through a series of exercises to strengthen my muscles and overcome nerve damage. Joe has impressed with his knowledge and skills, not to mention his positive and supportive manner. I engaged with a therapist who worked under Team Rehab Solutions’ NDIS registration, expecting professional support. Unfortunately, my experience was beyond disappointing. The therapist requested two sessions per week to complete a report for my needs, but the report was not completed as promised - it was abandoned after quite some time after I became suspicious on the lack of formal assessments on my complex conditions and false promises.
