Good caring staff, reminders are sharp. Clean place and evenings are busy. Tight parking space but acceptable. To all VETERANS outhere. They accept CHAMPVA !!. Have a doctor referral for your kiddos. Initial evaluation $55 copay and 30 mins visits copay between $18 and $19. Pricetags year 2024. Check with clerks on this matter. Be on time if not give them a call. I've worked in multiple rehab facilities and Total Rehab Kids is by far the best in the Rio Grande Valley. The company strongly cares about their patients and are very accommodating to their needs. They treat their employee's like family. I recommend using them for OT/PT/ST services or working with them!
i brought my son for an evaluation and all the people who evaluated my son were vvvv nice and friendly. i liked them a lot! i’m rating them three stars because some the ladies in the reception area are VERYYYY unwelcoming and rude. when i walked in no one greeted us. they just stared at me like if i was bothering them by showing up for my son’s appointment. when i was talking to them they had very bland tones. it was soooo uncomfortable. i was also very much annoyed because they (front desk ladies) were not wearing their mas... read more
