Total Trash company, Lily (the manager) and Rob the sales rep have the worst customer service and communication ever.. We were lied to the entire time. If you are moving far away like for an example. From Miami to Texas or Miami to Georgia, Expect your property to sit in a storage facility for at least 30 days before they deliver it to your new home. SCAAAAM!!!!!! Go on Yelp that’s where the real reviews are!! They have paid an outside company to put 5 star reviews on google. They will quote you a price and will wait till they pick up your belongings to raise it by $1400 . The picked my belongings up in March and it’s now July and I still don’t have my things! They have been reported by the BBB and is currently under investigation by the secretary of state! Their sister company “Alliance movers “ is the same as well!!! Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere!!!
Only writing about my experience with this company. Absolutely disappointing! Wanted to give a local company the work instead of paying a RELO company; big mistake. A $2,500 2 bedroom (no beds) estimated move for 90 miles. Driver increased the price upon “late arrival” adding $1,000 extra fox clothing boxes! — when I called the sales person… sorry nothing I can do, talk to the other people who we sold the job to. Never again!
