Very dissatisfied with customer service, very insolent attitude. Company doesn't stand behind the parts they sell.
The part worked but quality control missed a seal on the inside causing me to install and uninstall over 3 times trying to get it right🤑🤑🤑. I ultimately had to buy another part but the company has a 1 year warrant on the part I ordered so they are standing by their products as far as I'm concerned. Nobody's perfect but it's how you get the problem rectified which defines you as a company. No hard feelings.
Purchased a couple belts through eBay from these guys. One never shipped but was assigned the same tracking number as the other and marked delivered. Been dealing with them and eBay for refund for a couple of weeks. My machine has been unusable for weeks now and communication has been garbage. Incompetent customer service. Incorrect inventory.
Ordered a starter for a Polaris Trail Boss and it was delivered in 1 day. Very impressed. And the price was right in line. Will happily order from them again.
