Brett is an an outstanding trainer and a great guy. His knowledge and experience, both as a physical therapist and a trainer, give him a real edge in moving past medical issues and then back towards working out. I can only give positives about working with Brett at Total Performance.
I have had physical therapy with several different therapists. None of those previous therapists were able to help me the way Dr. Birnbaum has. I started with him before I knew I needed back surgery and he helped me handle the pain I was having. After the surgery he helped me heal and get stronger, stronger than I was before the surgery. I cannot say enough great things about Brett! For 5 years, I struggled with relentless knee swelling and pain after a knee replacement. I tried multiple physical therapists without any lasting results until my doctor referred me to Brett. Driving 45 minutes each way to his clinic was absolutely worth it. Brett worked miracles.
