Amazing customer service. The guy at the front desk is always willing to answer all of my questions. Very informative and knowledgeable about everything in the store. The products are top tier too.
As a plus-size female, I often feel uncomfortable or even unwelcome in fitness and nutrition-related stores, but I had a great experience here. They had the exact product I wanted -- Built puff bars, yum! -- and the guy behind the counter was kind and helpful without trying to upsell me or shame me. Have since recommended the store to others based on my experience. Will def be back!
