TLS...we have no words. If there was an option for 0 stars I would have put that. They worked with Building Homes for Heroes a "charitable organization" on a home for a veteran. Together they (TLS and Building Homes for Heroes) "renovated" a home that no one can even live in. They never fixed anything that they came across during the renovation process rather just covered things up...such as black mold (along with many other molds), leaking roof, septic system that lines were never ran to resulting in sewer back up inside...... read more
Would like to respond to a couple of reviews added lately. The reviewers must understand that Total Lender Services works for other larger national providers and maintenance companies. They are under the direction and restrictions of those companies for work completed and assignments. As for the Build Homes for Heroes project with Ms. Ellis the project was managed by an unorganized team of individuals from New York with no construction experience and little understanding of project management.
