Called to ask about a problem with my wheelchair. They couldn't book me a time to look at my chair over the phone and instead said they'd call me back in a day or so. It's been a week and a half and I still haven't gotten a call back.
Not a big range of equipment and minimal staff but helpful
Totally agree with the one star rating below. I had a similar experience. Happy to take your money but than you have to wait lengthy periods of time for the parts. One part came the other didn't. There was an issue but no explanation of what was going on. Poor communication and customer service. So here I am waiting. Ring Total Mobility and I am told that there is only an invoice for the first part not the second. Apparently that doesn't exist despite my invoice saying two parts..
