RecommendedPrior to my first visit with TMB I was consistently seeing a physical therapist for 2 months but I was not seeing any improvement. After my second visit with TMB there was an improvement with stiffness in my hips and increased range of motion with my injured shoulder. Not only do I recommend TMB for people who have an injury but for those in the service industry. Those who stand, bend, lift and push for long hours. As long as I am a manicurist I will consistently book Stretch Sessions with TMB.
