Scheduled appointment to get testosterone pellets, when I came for appointment there was nobody there that could do the pellets. Rescheduled, at which point they no longer accepted my insurance...which they told me when I arrived. Wasted 2 days, got no treatment
I visited Total Men's last November and had my testosterone levels checked in house then out at a lab (results to come in later). The in-house results came back that day and were extremely low so I proceeded to sign up for testosterone replacement therapy. I spoke with Jennifer Gredicek at length about the procedure, payments, etc. I was assured the out of pocket cash payment I was making was for 12 months of testosterone replacement therapy. Great atmosphere and staff. Only negative is they require hormone therapy be done in-office.

Layed back.. not pressured. This facility is professional and they listened to me. About time someone actually listens and takes notes. Very good job..
