Came in today as a first time patient. Arrived 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork. Sat for 40 minutes in a waiting room with no one checking in and no one ever came to see me. When I advised them that I was leaving - the response was “ok”. If you are looking for a professional practice that cares about it’s clients then I would suggest to keep looking.
