Today we closed on our first house and I cannot say enough great things about Ryan Neading and his team, Renee Heather and Grant. Ryan and the team were very responsive and supportive throughout the entire process. Ryan provided us with all options and answered/thoughouly explained all our crazy questions as we learned as new first time homebuyers. We highly recommend using TLC and Ryan Neading's Team when you are considering financing your house.
