Very inconvenient if you yourself have a job. The provider is only there two days out of the six that they are open so if you have to see her you have to take off work. Customer service as far as front desk is also lacking

The lady on the phone was very rude to me and unprofessional. She told me to quit bitching when I called and informed them of the oklahoma site being closed on a Saturday after I called and confirmed that they would be open until 1. I pull in at 12:08 to a sign that said out to lunch daily 1 to 2. I had a right to be mad. I was buying $150 worth of b12 shots.
Went for my first visit today. Entire staff was friendly. Felt very well taken care of. Got what I needed quickly and will be back in a month for progress check-in. Great place and cannot recommend it enough!!!
I was so incredibly disappointed today. I have recently been hospitalized and came to get my medical records. I called a day prior to confirm the hours of operation and the availabilityof my records, at which time I was told "we'll be open". I confirmed that I would arrive some time today to pick up the records (I am not well enough to drive and told her I had to get a ride) I had been requesting since hospitalized.
