After years of suffering from anxiety and sleep issues, I went to Neil Myers, Hypnotist as a last resort. He not only helped me with my anxiety and deep seated problems, but I also went from sleeping 3 1/2 - 4 hours a night (WITH MEDICATION!!), to 7 hours without. I am throwing out my antidepressants!
