Friendly and knowledgeable sales person, not overly pushy as he listened to our needs/wants.
Of course it is great that they have a huge selection of beds and appliances, but it is exceptional that the people here are professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Above and beyond from both sales people as well as delivery people. Thank you!
Bought a 3 pcs LR Set mfg. by La_Z-Boy, and it just plain JUNK, so uncomfortable, body sinks down WAY too far, my back hurts after 10 min....would never buy another thing there again...La-Z-Boy should change name to LOUSY-BOY...
Was pushed multiple times into the discount area when we came in to purchase a couch. We eventually landed on one not in that area but felt super uncomfortable by the fourth time our salesman insisted we see the discount area. We decided to go with the zero percent financing option. Once we signed up the salesman didn’t know how to help us navigate setting up our account. 60 days later still having to call because the Citibank site is trash. Good selection of furniture, decent prices, very helpful staff that provide excellent customer service. I have purchased furniture there in the past and was very happy. I needed a new couch so went back and bought one. Very happy with it. They also sell appliances. If I need a new refrigerator or stove, I’ll definitely go to Total Home to purchase.
