I had a very disappointing experience with Total Help. After paying for their services, my case was mishandled, leading to significant delays. When I reached out for assistance, they showed no interest in resolving the issue or providing support. Their lack of accountability and poor customer service has caused me a great deal of frustration. I cannot recommend their services.
