The audiologist doesn't respond to emails , no follow up or whatsoever. I find it very rude and not caring.
Tried to take my young child to have his hearing tested due to speech. Would not recommend to anyone. Left after half a hour past my appointment. Suggested a courtesy call if they are running late because as a paying customer my time is of value to. Not a kid friendly place at all. No entertainment and nothing for young ones to do while waiting. Left very disappointed with this business.
