I'm a virtual participant and it's a wonderful experience every time.
The Zoom classes are really challenging without being 'too much'. Part of the attraction is the fun attitude of David and Jackie. And great part of the class is the pre-workout chats and jokes we have before the meeting. And for folks here in Columbus, there's a monthly get-together for lunch at a local diner!
Stressful, challenging. I think it's making a difference. Begin anytime, just know that intensity increases over the weeks! Better something than nothing! The class I'm in is for Parkinson's, MS etc people, and from the looks of the gym and attentiveness of staff, I bet they can work with anyone.
Cognition : Just wanted to say that TOTAL HEALTHWORKS is absolutely FANTASTIC! I have Parkinsons disease and it has really been helping.
