Although these workouts are designed for people with Parkinsons, they are perfect for any senior citizen.
I accompany my client (who is in her mid-nineties) to exercise with David Zid weekly. She has regained strength, mobility and balance! She had been using a wheelchair but has now been able to use just a walker! It's been amazing to see the progress over just a couple of months!
I'm a virtual participant and it's a wonderful experience every time.
