I called today to ask if they offer a hydrotherapeutic colon cleanse. The young lady said yes, so I asked if she could explain how it works. She responded, “What would you like to know?” I said I was interested in the process, and she told me, basically, you lie on your back and they put water up there. I think businesses should be more mindful of who is answering their phones and how they communicate with customers. Especially, in healthcare!!!
