Came out feeling better than when I came in.
Maureen is Exceptional! The best Thai Massage Therapist I have received therapy from over the past 20 years. I recently had the opportunity to take a Thai Massage instruction class from Maureen…. I was able to learn several effective therapy maneuvers and techniques. The class was well run with plenty of direct observation and hands on learning of new skill sets! I’m looking forward to attending more classes, as well as continue regular massage & stretch treatments for my shoulders, back, and legs.
I can’t say enough good things about Dr Hughes! She has studied all over the world for her disciplines and has a true passion for helping people. I’ve made so many positive physical and mental changes from her Thai Massage and her recommendations of diet, vitamins, supplements, exercises, yoga and trauma navigation. I recommend Total Harmony to everyone!
This was a very holistic session and was amazing; feeling great and have much better range in my shoulder now without the tightness. It’s not just massage its discussion, interaction, suggestions for better health both physically and nutritionally. Very recommended!!
First time receiving Thai massage and wasn't sure what to expect. Felt light as air afterwards, relaxed and much less stress after this first visit. Looking forward to more sessions and getting my body and health back so I start feeling like myself again!
