Had carpet installed by Total floor store this week and we were so happy with the result. From start to finish. Brett was very knowledgeable and professional but not at all pushy and didnt make us feel like just another sales quote. After a few (quite a few 😅) samples taken home to pick from our carpet was order and delivered very quickly. The installer had his work cut out for him with the stairs but he was very efficient and tidy and thanks to Jesse for coming back the next day (very promptly) to finish off the last bit. ... read more

The team at Total Floor Store recently laid a hybrid floor for us. From the quoting process to the install they were very professional and helpful. They turned up when planned, did a wonderful job on laying the floor and everything was tidy when they left. We would definitely use them again and can't recommend them highly enough. J&T
