Professional and on time.
This was my first visit to Total Family Healthcare, and I am very pleased. There was no wait time, I was seen right away. The whole staff was great and I never felt rushed. I highly recommend Total Family Healthcare for any one looking for new healthcare provider.
Try to schedule a new patient appointment for me and my husband with Brian who instead of welcoming me to the practice decides the first question he should ask is, “what insurance do you have.” I then proceed to tell him UHC PPO through my employer, which he says, I’m sorry but we are not accepting that insurance and we would be considered “out of network”.
