Dr. Duplain is always a pleasure to see and gives excellent care.
Everyone at this office is amazing. You never have to wait a long time, and the doctors are caring, careful, and professional. It is a relief to find an office that is trustworthy and that actually cares about their patients.
My husband and I have been going to Dr. Cara Jakob for years and now drive from Ormond beach back to see her for our annual exams. She has been a game changer in our health journey and with her knowledgeable recommendations, and no nonsense approach we both have lost weight, healthy blood pressure etc had one of the best appts yet. THE FILING OF NEW PATIENT FORMS WAS VERY LONG AND TIRESOME BY PHONE AND THEN ONCE AGAIN ON PC AND THEN ONCE AGAIN AT THE OFFICE. WE HAD REQUESTED FORMS TO BE EMAILED SO WE COULD PRINT & FILL IN TO RETURN TO OFFICE. SOME PATIENTS ARE NOT ABLE TO PHONE OR COMPUTER FORMS. THAT BEING DONE THE OFFICE PERSONEL AND PA KATHLEEN WERE AWSOME AND VERY HELPFUL AND INFORMATIVE.
