Worked on a friend's generator and misrepresented the charges. Friend paid for the services she was told and then was charged an additional $600 without proper communication. They authorized her card without an invoice and without even a phone call. Friend reached out and was berated by the manager, talking over her and not owning up to the situation. Horrible customer service. Charged me over $1000 to fix generator and generator still isn’t fixed. Took money out of my account for a job incomplete. This company is a joke. Wouldn’t recommend them to work on anything they only know how to change parts.
