I wish I would’ve read reviews before attempting to work with Marc. I’ve had the worst experience. Looks like if you get a couch you may have a better shot at actually getting it based on reviews and the referral he came from. We visited the warehouse in February and wanted a custom banquette. He was great in the beginning-even came out and took measurements. Said 8 weeks. I was in no rush so by 10-12 weeks I started asking what’s up. This company has scammed many people including myself. Read the reviews closely. They took my payment without providing any product after months of lying about completion dates. I’m still out what I paid and they’ve ghosted communication with me.

Bought the Adrian Pearsall styled sofa. Had a wonderful experience with the company and the consultant. I know I bugged him with questions and changes at least twice a week. He was very patient with me and wanted to make sure they build exactly what I wanted and how I wanted. Love, love my sofa. I've had it for about 3 months. It weights a ton and solidly built.
