Super happy with Total Cycling. Earlier this year, did a rebuild of my bike changing over from Campy Chorus 2x10 (circa 2002) to Record (mostly) 2x12. Total Cycling had great prices and availability of Campy components that I needed. They delivered quickly to the US and everything was in perfect condition in their original, sealed boxes (see pic). Great products, prices, and service from the TC team. Postage to NZ no problem (happy to post worldwide). Great CS and comms when needed. I try to support local Aus/NZ when I can, but when parts aren't even available or are ridiculously over-priced then I'll always support the ex-home teams. Cheers guys.
Great experience with my online purchase. Package was dispatched to me very quickly and was well packaged.
Ordered some Campy parts off the website which turned out to be out of stock. I needed these urgently, they were very helpful and mailed an upgrade on the original parts at no extra charge. Very satisfied. Good communication and friendly to deal with.
Ordered item 11 days ago, never got a shipping notification/email. No response to emails asking about the situation. Currently pursuing refund via PayPal. Update: got reply with tracking info after the PayPal dispute
