We were on a bike ride and got bike problems...called Total Cyclery and Dean said come in I'll see what i can do, he even called his mechanic on his day off! Ended up to be a bigger problem then expected...he didn't have the psrt (shifter) but they temporarily fixed my bike so i could ride back. Thanks guys...what great service.

Great place to get your bike fixed they helped last minute called yesterday had to get the crank arms replaced, and it was done in less than 12 hours. Great, quick service definitely recommend.
Needed simple ball bearings for my bike.. this is a BIKE SHOP keep in mind. Owner called me dumb and said I can’t get loose ball bearings.. said nobody rides old bikes so you’ll just have to get a new one. This guys an absolute joke. Won’t help you with your bike if it’s over 2 years old. Says that’s the way this industry is.. and he wonders why his shop is dead…🤣 guess I’ll get my stuff from literally any bike shop in Montreal from now on 🤷
Tune up I requested was completed as promised and on time and at a reasonable price. Can’t ask for anything more. My E-Fatbike is better than new thanks to Jamie and the team at Total Cyclery.
