Very unprofessional! I took my bicycle for a tune up and left it there for more than eight days without doing any work to my bike! when I was there to pick up my bicycle they didn't even offer an apology. Very disappointed! zero stars. I do not recommend this place!

i went past total Cyclery last Saturday, October 19th and saw my bike For Sale... I told Robby Gauss I would be there this Saturday, October 26.... HE AGRRED.... I showed up and was told my bike was sold ..... I was lied to. !! .. PLEASE DO NOT SUPORT TOTAL CYCLERY , KENOSHA

The place is clean, the staff is friendly and they know their stuff. I would highly recommend them for repairs or sales. I love that they are family owned and local.

Went in today looking to buy a bicycle. I didn’t really know anything other than I wanted one. They were able to identify the types of bikes I should consider and answered the questions I had. Really friendly people. I went to another bike shop, to compare and quickly realized this was the place I was gonna buy from.
