I had a small muscle tear in my upper arm from shoveling snow. It didn't heal on it's own so I went to an Orthopedic Dr. to have it looked at. Right away he told me it was a torn rotator cuff and I would have to have surgery, which I did not agree with. I suffered a spinal cord injury a couple years ago, and just started PT with Sarah and she is so positive, and just absolutely amazing. I recommend Total Connections ALL DAY!!!
I couldn’t be more grateful for Sarah. She has helped me immensely! After my third c-section I have had some core related back problems. Before she started, I could hardly walk to my front door because the pain was so debilitating and last week, I made it around the entire block! She is incredible at what she does and has reassured me many times that no matter what, we will find a solution. So appreciative of her!
Dr. Rowe is amazing at her job! I have an old injury that tends to rear its ugly head from time to time. She got me back up and running! She has such a hopeful and optimistic bedside manner. She is Intuitive, professional, a top notch physical therapist.
Dr. Sarah Rowe is the best! I was having shoulder issues on and off for many years. I regret not seeking help from her sooner. She is very personable and extremely knowledgeable. You can tell she is passionate about what she does. She was even willing to record a video that I could show my husband on some stretches he could assist me with. 10/10 highly recommend Total Connection Physical Therapy!
