Dr. Rowe is amazing at her job! I have an old injury that tends to rear its ugly head from time to time. She got me back up and running! She has such a hopeful and optimistic bedside manner. She is Intuitive, professional, a top notch physical therapist.
Dr. Sarah Rowe is the best! I was having shoulder issues on and off for many years. I regret not seeking help from her sooner. She is very personable and extremely knowledgeable. You can tell she is passionate about what she does. She was even willing to record a video that I could show my husband on some stretches he could assist me with. 10/10 highly recommend Total Connection Physical Therapy!
Sara was absolutely the best physical therapist that I’ve seen. She is attentive, knowledgeable, and meets you right where you are on your recovery journey. She is encouraging, supportive and gives such positive energy to the process. She sees you and your body as a whole not just the part that needs attention. I have recommended her without hesitation to friends and family. She’s truly an outstanding professional in her field.
I can’t recommend Sarah at Total Connection Physical Therapy enough. I’ve had a long history with knee injuries—I tore my right ACL twice (2013 & 2015), had surgeries both times, and spent over 18 months in rehab across different providers. This past year, I injured my knee again (without a tear), but it led to some of the most painful and limiting movement I’ve ever experienced. After being diagnosed with a herniated disc. I was recommended to see a physical therapist and if that didn’t work possibly surgery. When I arrived for my first appointment with Sarah I was using a cane because of the shooting pain in my right leg. After a few sessions with Sarah the pain slowly went away and I was able to get rid of the cane. Sarah was very persistent with me making sure I was doing my exercises at home.
